I was recommended House and Jackson by another vet when they was unable to do the necessary scans and tests. Although out of my way, after the first visit to Ingatestone, I do believe this is the best of all veterinary practices I have visited.
The reception staff are lovely, friendly, kind and have dealt with all issues with care and compassion.
Thomas is very knowledgeable, kind and dedicated. An absolutely amazing vet.
I’ve always felt comfortable there, they care and go above and beyond.

I take my pets to House and Jackson because I have found the vets very good and dedicated, especially Thomas and Susie. I had an elderly cat and dog so regrettably in the end the outcome was not good ...
I take my pets to House and Jackson because I have found the vets very good and dedicated, especially Thomas and Susie. I had an elderly cat and dog so regrettably in the end the outcome was not good but everyone was very kind. Thomas even rang me the evening my dog died. More practically they are the only local vets I know that do their own out of hours, a service I had to use several times with my old dog and already once with my puppy. This means the vet managing the animal even if not on duty stays close to the case and their full record is available.

I was recommended House and Jackson by another vet when they was unable to do the necessary scans and tests. Although out of my way, after the first visit to Ingatestone, I do believe this is the best of all veterinary practices I have visited.
