Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Took my cat to get his teeth cleaned and had a voucher they gave me,they just done what it said on the voucher and didn't try and charge me any extra,they did ask me if there was anything else to be done would I be ok with that,obviously I said yes,they were very friendly and helpful and looked after my cat as he's very nervous,very good service,would recommend to other people.

I Had to give at least 1 star or it wouldn't let me post otherwise I would give no stars.
I phoned up for a repeat prescription for 3 advocate treatments for my dog.

I phoned up for a repeat prescription for 3 advocate treatments for my dog.
When I went to collect it I queried the price because it was significantly more than 3 times the price of 1 treatment. Eventually I was told that
a) prices went up in April
b) I was also paying for 1 treatment of Droncit.
I was appalled because I had not requested Droncit. I had not been offered it. I was only told about it because I queried the price. It is cheeky at best and downright devious to slip this treatment into my purchase without any discussion whatsoever. When I told the receptionist I was not happy because of this all she could say was "oh it's only £2 something". Totally missing my point!
I plan to register my dog at a different vet as I now feel vets4pets Maldon is dishonest, money grabbing and has little regard for their customers.

After making the hardest decision ever, I had to have my 20 year old cat Stanley ( who I have had from a kitten) put to sleep. The staff at Vets4Pets Maldon were warm kind and most definitely showed ...
After making the hardest decision ever, I had to have my 20 year old cat Stanley ( who I have had from a kitten) put to sleep. The staff at Vets4Pets Maldon were warm kind and most definitely showed empathy!
I can only thank Philippa and Johan for sending Stanley into his final sleep, they were professional and confident which helped me so much.
Philippa went over and above after in supporting me with further decisions of what would happen to Stanley, she maintained communication to keep me informed. ..... For such a painful experience they helped it to go quickly and without any more stress and upset.

I have been using the services of this vetinary practice since they opened and I have always had exceptional service. The staff are welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to cater for their customers and they always treat my spaniel Susie like she is a member of their own family. Have reccomended to friends and they are also happy with the knowledge and experience of the staff.

Horrendous experience, my cherished 14 year old dog was coldly euphanased without discussion of her medical history with me after four attempts at injecting her. My dog was in pain at her end.

I can only thank Philippa and Johan for sending Stanley into his final sleep, they were professional and confident which helped me so much.

I have been using the services of this vetinary practice since they opened and I have always had exceptional service.
