Reception and vet staff were friendly,welcoming and all round 1st class service.

I would not recommend this vets to anyone! It was my first time visiting with my Jack Russel cross, one of her front teeth had moved and I wanted to get it checked out. He confirmed that it had moved ...
I would not recommend this vets to anyone! It was my first time visiting with my Jack Russel cross, one of her front teeth had moved and I wanted to get it checked out. He confirmed that it had moved but not caused any damaged, he went on to say that her back teeth need cleaning before he can decide if they needed removing as well or not. I was booking her in for the same evening to have the dental work done when he come out and told me it would cost me £500-£600 I was horrified, I cancelled the booking as I didn't have the fundings and said I would 're book in a week or so once I had the money together at which point he tried selling me pain killers without even weighing my dog first, this rang alarm bells to me. In the meantime I took her to the PDSA who again confirmed the tooth had moved but DOES NOT need removing and her back teeth are absolute fine. They were more than happy to charge me an extortionate amount of money for work that wasn't required, I feel violated by them.

A huge thanks to all the vets and nurses. They cared for Toby this week after his poisoning. He was an old dog, the last of his litter. Sadly the amount of chocolate consumed was too much added to his elderly body and arthritis in his hips it was only fair to do the right thing. They tried everything and thankfully gave me the chance to make my choice. A sad one but an honest and informed decision. Thank you for your care

My prescriptions have always been ready same day i request them if in stock. Cant personally fault them

I had the worst experience at this vets - the team was lacking organisation, empathy and I feel that there was no urgency in their care. Sadly, I lost my pet at this vet and was offered no kind words or compassion during the situation. I have since moved my other pets to a different veterinary surgery - Wylie's in Upminster - which I cannot fault!

I found this vet surgery after my cat had been attacked, this branch is open 24/7 So I called them on a Sunday morning and was given an appointment the same morning. The team there were fantastic and took great care of my cat who is now back to being his self. Could not have been anymore please with the staff and service, keep up the great work.
I would definitely recommend them they have been fantastic.

I had the worst experience at this vets - the team was lacking organisation, empathy and I feel that there was no urgency in their care. Sadly, I lost my pet at this vet and was offered no kind words or compassion during the situation. I found this vet surgery after my cat had been attacked, this branch is open 24/7 So I called them on a Sunday morning and was given an appointment the same morning. The team there were fantastic and took great care of my cat who is now back to being his self. Could not have been anymore please with the staff and service, keep up the great work.
