These vets definitely don’t put pets first. Be careful as you may find they overwrite your file and refuse to serve you even if you were a loyal customer to them for a year. Extremely rude staff who d...
These vets definitely don’t put pets first. Be careful as you may find they overwrite your file and refuse to serve you even if you were a loyal customer to them for a year. Extremely rude staff who do accept responsibility for their actions and instead try and blame customers, who have no access to their systems for their mistakes.
There are far better vetinary practices in the area with better prices and services. Stay away from Rochford vets!!!!

Professional, friendly veterinary practice, who provide exceptional customer service. I never feel rushed and everything is always explained clearly. The staff are patient with my animals (who are not always cooperative for examinations!) and have great handling skills to minimise an animals ( and client's!) stress levels. Highly recommended.

I've been using Rochford Veterinary Surgery for many years now, ever since they were recommended by a colleague for their kindness. They have, without fail, always been extremely kind and caring with my cats, both of whom needed some extra medical treatment in their lives.
Come the day I inevitably get another cat or kitten, I will definitely be bringing it here for its examinations and injections, safe in the knowledge that it will be in safe hands.
