Thank you, HillPark Veterinary Team, having migrated to you from Medivet, you truly have put the welfare of my pet first and foremost. Unlike Medivet who excluding my “loyal customer 15% discount” quoted more than 151% more than Hillpark to carry out dental treatment on my cat. Hillpark showed my very nervous and scared pet 200% more care and compassion than Medivet had ever shown my pet over many years. It's no wonder the government are investigating Medivet as one of the worst Rip-off vets in the country. Medivet even tried to play emotional blackmail with me because I didn’t proceed straight away with their quotation as I wanted to seek an opinion from Hillpark. They also cancelled my long-standing pet plan and charged me a three-figure sum as well, just for doing what any responsible pet owner would do in seeking a second opinion.
Hillpark optimises what a local vet should be, yes, they are in business to make a profit, but their integrity is second to none. Something that is sadly missing in most walks of life nowadays.
The advice Hillpark has given me on the future care of my pet’s welfare has been second to none and I will of course be returning to Hillpark as my pet's needs dictate.
So, I would truly recommend trusting your pet's welfare in the secure and safe hands of team Hillpark 🙏🏼

Our cat was run over and some kind student scooped her off the road and took her into Hillpark. They used the chip to contact us and ever since have been amazing in providing treatment and care for her with options and costs discussed all along the way so no nasty suprises.
Staff are wonderful, happy and caring, most otherowners you meet in the waiting area are nice too a real homely feeling.

I've been with this practice since mike opened it I think over ? 33 years and as a dog fosterer and extremely passionate about all animals and I have 3 dogs and my sons dog plus now my daughters dog with this practice I would not not want to go elsewhere as mike is such a careing person and all his staff are so friendly and careing and some customers do try their patience which they certainly have loads of time for you . But I'd would and have recommended this vets plus their prices are very good to others .. well done .. monty had to be referred to r.v.h and the quick thinking of Winnie there was amazing and so are the others there x god bless you all

***SUPERB VETS AND REASONABLY PRICED*** SUPERB VETERINARY SURGEONS, VETERINARY NURSES AND OTHER STAFF. I have been a client for many years, with many different animals, (all elderly rescues). I cannot fault any of the vets at the Harold Hill (and Elm Park practice where I go on an odd occasion when Harold Hill is closed). All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. Good opening hours. Plenty of parking. No hard sell. I have been a client of a few different veterinary practices in the Romford area over the years but I would not go anywhere else nowadays. Thank you all at Hill Park Veterinary Group for caring for all my animals, I appreciate your expertise, help, support and advice.

It's so hard to find a rabbit savvy vet yet Hill Park vets have them in spades! All of my rabbits have been since I got them and they treat them like they are their own which is fantastic; especially as I had to book my eldest in with a day's notice with a gouge on her back hide. They've been brilliant with all my rabbits issues from nursing them over myxomatosis to annual vaccines to cleaning out & closing up a open wound from fighting to neutering. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my fur-babies all 11 of them.

The staff here are amazing - we've been visiting more often with an ongoing issue with my cats eyes and every time they've been super helpful and explain things really well. Even when talking to other pet owners in the waiting area they all share really good experiences. Recommended!

Disgusted with the place. Remembered why I left in theirs place. The only good thing was they fit us in ASAP. But the vet didn't even check my dog over properly and focused on one thing rather than the whole. Didn't even look at the well being of the dog.
3 days later my dog needed to be put asleep.
Nice one.
Would not recommend this place to anybody. Don't waste your time go to Petcare.

Cant believe they made such a crazy mistake! Have spoken to other vets and they think they gave him to much gas! They didn't even really seem bothered or care about what they did! Didn't even get a sorry! Awful place avoid and take your pet somewhere that know what they are doing!!!!

What a rip off. My girlfriend was charged 270 for her 2 collies to be neutered at the elm park branch. When I questioned the price I was told "unfortunately it goes on their weight". They weigh 18kg....
What a rip off. My girlfriend was charged 270 for her 2 collies to be neutered at the elm park branch. When I questioned the price I was told "unfortunately it goes on their weight". They weigh 18kg. My staff weighed 24kg and I had him neutered for 65 at vets for pets in Dagenham and they gave me special food to feed him afterwards for free. I got no such luck here.
So if you're thinking of going to this vets please do yourself a favour shop around first as you will save a fortune.

Thank you, HillPark Veterinary Team, having migrated to you from Medivet, you truly have put the welfare of my pet first and foremost. I cannot fault any of the vets at the Harold Hill (and Elm Park practice where I go on an odd occasion when Harold Hill is closed). All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. All of my rabbits have been since I got them and they treat them like they are their own which is fantastic; especially as I had to book my eldest in with a day's notice with a gouge on her back hide.
