but my mum had cat and she went and saw the one vet and gave the cat a steroids injection when other vets persificly said not to as he had a heart mearmer so she gave it to him and reashored it should be fine she payed for some pills and went on her way that night he went down hill and ended up being put to sleep she tryed retiring the UNTOUCHED pills to get get money back and never got her money back was suposter get money back for the food and nothing came about of that eaither
so she's money short and a loss of a verry much loved cat

Hobbes was so well looked after. She arrived really frightened. She has always been scared of people and places she doesn't know. By the time I picked her up, despite having fairly major surgery she as purring and much calmer that she was when she arrived. Hobbes had clearly made an impression on the staff, who said 'I can see why you call her purr box at home'. This is such a lovely practice who have always been there for me when I have needed them at short notice and understood my rubbish memory..

After a traumatic trip to my previous vets, I was nervous when the time came for his Lordships annual check up......Downes was recommended to me and Otis and I saw Margaret on Monday, we were both immediately put at ease and it was obvious from the start that he was in safe, experienced hands. Rather than being the frightened, hissing Otis witnessed before, he hardly batted an eyelid! Thanks so much!!

Thank you very much for the emergency care we recieved for our cocker on Saturday happy to say she is on the mend now and recieving gentle meals over the next week and then she will be put back on her normal dry food bit by bit. We were very worried for Millie but she is now back to her normal self now
