Was very panicky/upset when my cat was in desperate need of medical attention, fortunately they were able to see him straight away! The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. Unfortunalty our cat didn't make it and had to be put to sleep. We have just received a lovely sympathy card from the team which is such a thoughtful thing for them to do. Thankyou

Took my rabbit down there for treatment 30 minutes later after all the injections they gave her and she was dead
