Disgusted with the way My dog and i were treated.I had a appointment at the Walton surgery only for the vet to refer to my deceased dog!! Not the dog she was examining Only then to tell me she could not comment on any of my dogs issues as she doesn’t know what is wrong and to go to the clacton surgery to see Gail who by the way Is the best vet they have but the Walton surgery still insisted on taking £80 of me because I had excepted some meds which Linda (the vet)!!! Said probably are a waste of time until I see Gail but stupid enough I took them .I rang clacton surgery up to complain as clacton surgery wanted Anther consultation fee!! WHY .I could have gone straight to clacton If Linda (vet)!! Had just told me straight away she couldn’t deal with my dog . I’m disgusted with them fleecing good dog owners I have been waiting for a call back but of course they don’t care £80 Is a lot of money to someone on minimum wage Mean while my dog suffers Shame on them Well done Haven vets for fleecing money out of a dog owner for sweet f all !!!!!

Disgusted with the way My dog and i were treated.I had a appointment at the Walton surgery only for the vet to refer to my deceased dog!! Not the dog she was examining Only then to tell me she could not comment on any of my dogs issues as she doesn’t know what is wrong and to go to the clacton surgery to see Gail who by the way Is the best vet they have but the Walton surgery still insisted on taking £80 of me because I had excepted some meds which Linda (the vet)!!!
