At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

Kelcy is a credit to this veterinary surgery, however, the other receptionist that I dealt with brings it down! She gave me completely wrong information regarding my cat that had passed away after being hit by a car. As you can imagine, this made a distressing situation much worse. I have since removed my other pets from this surgery - Wylie's in Upminster - which I cannot fault! Read Less

Vet staff are on the whole good, but generally the service is poor. We were keen to use this vets practice when it opened as it’s the closest vets t us. However, after a very poor experience, which included our cat being taken to another Vets4Pets as this one doesn’t have overnight care we were left with 2 separate bills for his care which made it more complicated with our insurer. After this we decided to use our old vet, whilst it’s further away the service is far better. Read Less

So I got an x-ray and blood tests for my dog and the bill was about £600. I asked if we could go through insurance, they were cool with this and said I had to pay the £60 excess charge. This was fine I was just worried about my dog. No one told me about a handling fee then a month latter I get a phone call saying that I owe them money for dealing with the insurer "the handling fee" which I was NOT told of.
If I was told about this surprise fee I would of just paid it it's not a lot of money but the principle that I was not told I will not use this Vets again and would not recommend. Read Less
