I attended this vet, with my two dogs. The operation undertaken went wrong. The aftercare was beyond poor. They charged for Thier mistakes. They misdiagnosed my girl. They went mental when a 4 month m...
I attended this vet, with my two dogs. The operation undertaken went wrong. The aftercare was beyond poor. They charged for Thier mistakes. They misdiagnosed my girl. They went mental when a 4 month male puppy mouthed a vet. They also did an allergy analysis which was very much overpriced against the one I have just had, with a lot less information and no help in regards to managing the allergies. Sent a complaint to the head officd and was ignored
Now with vets for pets, which I would recommend to all.

I took my parrot (cockatiel) there when he had an emergency. Even though the problem wasn't completely sorted, because of the situation, he did receive good care. There was a medical mistake at some point that worsened my parrot's health but not too serious. Mistakes happen, especially when the animal is so small. I think they are not avians but still can care for parrots better than a lot of other vets. Their service and communication and willingness to help were great. I am satisfied, I would recommend them and they are my main vets at the moment. So... 3.2/5, I rounded to 4 because of their friendly attitude and service.

Nice vets, use it for our Degu's. Carsten has done so much to help us and can't thank him enough, he really does try to help as much as he can. If you have an exotic pet you can't go anywhere else! They do treat normal pets, but I don't do normal :)

Been there once with our puppy as she had caught a cold. We had a lovely young German vet who was very sweet to our dog. We'll be returning to South Beech for our puppies six month check up.

I attended this vet, with my two dogs. The operation undertaken went wrong. The aftercare was beyond poor. They charged for Thier mistakes. They misdiagnosed my girl. I took my parrot (cockatiel) there when he had an emergency. Even though the problem wasn't completely sorted, because of the situation, he did receive good care. There was a medical mistake at some point that worsened my parrot's health but not too serious. Mistakes happen, especially when the animal is so small. I think they are not avians but still can care for parrots better than a lot of other vets. Their service and communication and willingness to help were great.
