Fab as always been using this vet since they were on the glasgow road opposite the car garage 30 odd years ! they looked after all our dogs and molly now too - our 2 rabbits were in for ops in the pas...
Fab as always been using this vet since they were on the glasgow road opposite the car garage 30 odd years ! they looked after all our dogs and molly now too - our 2 rabbits were in for ops in the past couple weeks and they were very well looked after from the girls at the desk to the nurse to the vet Gandalf and Nibbles were well looked after thank u so much !

We would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the staff at Bruceview. We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision of having to put ‘oor wee Charlee Girl’ to sleep following a short terminal illness, the care & compassion shown to Charlee & ourselves was outstanding & could not be faltered. Special thanks go to Rory who looked after Charlee through her illness and Dawn who cared for her, during her last moments. Thanks also go to PCS, was such a lovely way to receive Charlee back with the small posy of flowers. Thank you all so so much

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Over the last year we used them a lot and we were always treated very well, as was our gorgeous Holly. We had to take the very hard decision to have Holly put to sleep just over a week ago, and the way we were all made to feel at ease throughout that awful visit showed me how dedicated the staff are to the animals they care for. The little things such as opening a side door, and taking us out of the room without the prying eyes ...of those in the waiting area, made us feel a little better about a horrible situation. Holly was extremely well cared for from the time we first attended the practice to her last. Special mention goes to Irene, who was always so good with Holly and did everything she could for her over the years. Also a mention of the service from PCS should be made. I was pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful way Holly’s remains were presented with lovely touches like a small posy of flowers included. It made a difficult visit a bit better. From day one of having our puppy we have been advised to bring it to Bruceview as it has very good vets and positive reviews....all sunshine and rainbows until a dog actually has an illness! We had to hire a private vet to identify a very serious skin condition in our dog, as it was endlessly scratching, itching and having bother with the skin....but of course instead of simple blood tests that could have been done by the Bruceview "vets"; lets experiment on the dog and sell the customer expensive steroid injections, low calorie expensive food, creams and not to mention pointless visits every fortnight.... Not sure if the vets are qualified vets or just there to make business. By the looks of it, it is like the NHS - not got a clue what they are doing. My dog has been diagnosed with a Golden Steph in just under a week, all by taking it's blood samples to a Lab, is really that hard?
Poor wee soul has been itching mad for almost a year now, and god knows if the will get out of it now...on injections and antibiotics from now on until it all goes away.....neglected and not looked after properly by the vets and almost 400 down for nothing may I say :(
Very poor show, and perhaps people should think twice if their loved ones are really being looked after or the place is just there to make money....

Bruceview has been great thus far with my 5 month pup Charlie. He is treated amazing by all nurses and vets, Karen is always such a lovely greeting and Charlie loves getting attention from her. Rory is great, never pushing anything and recommending pros and cons of everything. Puppy party was a great way for Charlie to get comfortable in the building. Can't rate them highly enough and looking forward to many years of quality and friendly vet care. Thank you.

We had to hire a private vet to identify a very serious skin condition in our dog, as it was endlessly scratching, itching and having bother with the skin....but of course instead of simple blood tests that could have been done by the Bruceview "vets"; lets experiment on the dog and sell the customer expensive steroid injections, low calorie expensive food, creams and not to mention pointless visits every fortnight.... Not sure if the vets are qualified vets or just there to make business. By the looks of it, it is like the NHS - not got a clue what they are doing. My dog has been diagnosed with a Golden Steph in just under a week, all by taking it's blood samples to a Lab, is really that hard?
Poor wee soul has been itching mad for almost a year now, and god knows if the will get out of it now...on injections and antibiotics from now on until it all goes away.....neglected and not looked after properly by the vets and almost 400 down for nothing may I say :(
Very poor show, and perhaps people should think twice if their loved ones are really being looked after or the place is just there to make money....

We like the staff- the staff like us but they like our dog more. Very friendly, approachable and considerate.

Bruceview has been great thus far with my 5 month pup Charlie. He is treated amazing by all nurses and vets, Karen is always such a lovely greeting and Charlie loves getting attention from her. Rory is great, never pushing anything and recommending pros and cons of everything. Puppy party was a great way for Charlie to get comfortable in the building. Can't rate them highly enough and looking forward to many years of quality and friendly vet care. Thank you.

Excellent staff! I can't praise the surgery enough for all the wonderful work they do. Our wee puppy Wrigley has seen every vet at one point or another after breaking a bone in paw and he totally love...
