So my dog is getting older and I now dread the visits to the vet as much as she does. Though I was a blubbering mess with snot flying everywhere I never felt rushed or dismissed as daft owner in my fears for her health. I love the fact the vets treat our pet as a member of the family reassuring me as well as her. I also appreciate that they gave us options in regards to her treatments and reassuring me that they well tell me when things are at that stage. Will definitely try not to another everywhere next time - no promises from my dog Though!! Read Less
