I have lost my little dog early, due to a complete lack of vetinary ability, he went in with diarhea, and came out a shell. I was told his kidneys had failed, after a night in there hospital there was improvement, after the second night there main concearn was that he was not eating, so I was to take him home, when I saw him I almost wept, here was a little dog that could no longer walk, his back end legs just did not work, and he did not even respond to seeing me. I had been told over the phone he had been responding to treatment, not then or even yet has anyone explained to me why a little dog with diarhea turned into a shell of the dog that went in, nor I expect will I ever get one. To add to there inability to care about there clients, they lost his little name tag that had hung from his collar for fourteen year's, they had no reason that they can give for it being remove, even suggesting that we had removed it before taking him in. Then to add insult to injury, I had to make an appointment to have the little man to sleep, 10 . 00 AM next morning, we call to let them know we have arrived, after prompting them they sent someone out twenty minutes later, unacceptable and unneccessary to place us in that position. Then we are informed that only one person would be allowed in with him, at a time , in other words we can both go in but not together, WHY. In all at very best you would say there is little or no customer care, and certainly no one person you can talk to who will take responsibility for there actions. I realise these are difficult times, but that only means that those of us who give a service to the public have to raise our game to alow for that, not sadly in this case. I only give them one star but only because the system does not allow you to give anything less. A very sad,
