Absolutely fantastic! Had to take my cat Alfie in out of hours last night. From the first phone call with Corrie who helped me realise he may have been hit by a car, to getting him there to Nina (vet) was amazing (think they may be Vets Now staff). Not only did they deal with Alfie in a calm and collected and LOVING manner, they also made sure I knew what to look for when I brought him home. Thanks to your wonderfully patient and calm vet and vet nurse (sorry, I didn't get their names, but both females - my appointment was 1640). Vet nurse had to don her huge protective gloves to deal with Harvey, who is usually a very laid back, carefree boy (hard to believe!), but turned into the devil cat today.
