We went there because this vet had the best ratings in Google and it was a unique horror, poor and rough reception especially the old lady who instead of being working felt at home and annoyed to have a visit! Vet was passable but not the quality we look for in a professional, we never saw our dog cry and complain so during the injection (for choosing a bad place to put it) with no other Vets. One of our dog got nervous after his visit and when we were leaving they made us go back to check the weight (that is done at the beginning of the animal's inspection and not when one leaves through the front door) as in the reception there was another dog waiting there one of our dogs barked and they threw us out the back door! They did not give another option like waiting in the room until that other dog came in to make his inquiry and leaving through front door. This is how they treat us as customers who paid £ 82.00 in total £ 41.00 for each dog for that visit. An authentic shame that is why we are not going to return never.
