Hi all, not much I can say about this team apart from that they are the best at what they do. Our Harry (GSD) went through a hard time in the space of 4 weeks (Autoimmune Polyarthritisa) a wee while ago and these guys were there the whole time right till the end when we had to say good bye. We have been a client since 1993 and Glenbrae has looked after our past Dobermanns Seiko, Taz, Wiley and recently our pup , Mika They have always been excellent, professional but actually care too- it shows in their treatment when we have had to let the previous 4 dogs go. We have been using Glenbrae for over 20 years, firstly with our wee Pebbles now with Daisy. The team are amazing and so caring, they dealt with Pebbes passing in such a warm caring manner after 18 and a half years of attending Glenbrae. I wouldn't go anywhere else for the care of my pooch. The staff at Glenbrae veterinary clinic are fantastic, they are always friendly and gentle with your pets. The staff were very understanding following the death of our cat Oscar (RIP baby), but have also been helpful with advice for the integration of our new kitten Dexter into our family and with his new feline friend; our resident cat Jake. So happy with how all the girls have cared for my girl Lexi. Been in for stem cell treatment and a small emergency. Debbie has been great with her treatment and care with her stem cell and was really impressed n how I was given regular updates of her progress and what was going to be done when she unwell. I've only been with them a couple of months but they recognised me & Lexi wen I was out n about at the rodeo. They value their customer and love n care for your pets . Lexi is very grateful for the care and treats she receives. All staff are amazing and really happy I changed to glenbrae, wouldn't go anywhere else now xxx Read Less

I imagine I put as much care and attention into picking a vet for my kittens as most people do picking a school for their children! I rejected many establishments as substandard before going with Glenbrae! I knew I had made the right decision the second I had walked in the door and was greeted by the lovely bubbly nurse/ receptionist. She was so friendly and made the process of registering my kitties very quick and easy. There were photos all along the reception desk of the staff's pets which gave a lovely warm feeling that the staff are genuine animal lovers. I made an appointment for the cats to have their vaccinations the next day and there was no problem at all getting the appointment time I wanted. When I brought the little lovelies in the staff were cooing over them which every cat mummy loves to see! As well as giving them their injections the vet also gave them an overall health check: looking at their teeth, feeling their abdomen, listening to their hearts and weighing them. I was given lots of information leaflets away with me including one about how to give my cats' first aid e.g. treating burns, cuts, and broken bones which I found really useful. I was also offered application to the vets pay monthly scheme where you pay a small amount each month and this covers your cats' yearly booster vaccines, worm & flea treatment, an annual check-up and money off toy and food products available in the surgery.  This is great if you struggle to pay a big wad of money in one go at yearly vaccine time and your pet insurance doesn't cover routine health "maintenance", only accident injury or illness. Glenbrae also have an emergency out of hour's service with Vetsnow on North Street in Glasgow which is great as pets don't always injury themselves during normal opening hours! Any follow up treatment required after the initial emergency at Vetsnow can be given by Glenbrae. As well as conventional medicine, Glenbrae also offer holistic therapies such as acupuncture and treatment for stressed pets. Cat lovers amongst you will know that cats are fussy little buggers and can become very distressed if their environment changes e.g. if you move in with your 6ft1 boyfriend who looks incredibly scary to tiny kittens, so having treatment like this available is great.
