What a lovely caring team. My cavachon,Bunty, had to undergo a minor op yesterday and she was treated with kindness and compassion by everyone. I was kept informed of her progress shortly after the procedure and couldn’t ask for better service. I’m saddened that one isolated incident last June has given this practice so many negative reviews. Not a fair reflection of the high standards the team deliver in general. Read Less

Wonderful place! My grandfathers terrier, Red, had went down a fox hole and unfortunately almost had his front face ripped off - was a very manic scary experience but Shedden Vets were great. Not only were they able to see me the same day but they were extremely compassionate and friendly. After the examination i was able to be booked in the following morning for the procedures to take place. In the end they had no choice but to remove almost all of Reds front teeth due to them being shattered but he's doing fantastic now and l would recommend them to anyone! The prices overall are pretty reasonable as well considering the nice area :D Read Less

I think everyone who knew Saskia the Spanish galgo saved from the streets of Spain but then sent home to die within hours of her major operation in Glasgow is waiting for a response from this vet practise. Very little consideration given to this dog just because the vet couldn't wait to go on holiday to Italy. Vets are supposed to care and try to save the lives of animals not send them home to die. And if you were not able to give the aftercare to Saskia because of your holiday why book her in for the op on a Friday. You may well live to regret that decision. SHAME ON YOU! !!!! Read Less

How in the world could you possibly think that letting a galgo who had a leg amputated that day go home the same day? ?? Seriously, what is wrong with you? That poor galgo survived hell in earth in Spain, got rescued and found her forever family only to die because of your negligence. This should haunt you every day of your life. I would not trust this practice with a stuffed animal let alone a beloved family member. Shame on you! Read Less

This practice deserves 0 stars for their negligence, callousness and irresponsible behaviour. On 8 June 2018 they sent a 2 year old galgo home only 2 and a half hours after major surgery - a leg amputation. Tragically, this beautiful girl died hours later in her mother's arms, as she bled out, her heart stopping as they raced to the emergency vet to save her. The vet's response: It was nothing to do with the surgery, before refusing to discuss it any further. Shame on you for your lack of compassion, your cowardice, and above all, your incompetence and negligence. You don't deserve to practise or care for people's beloved pets. I hope you are investigated, your negligence exposed to the world, and forced to issue a public apology for your despicable actions. Badly, badly done. Read Less
