worst vet I have ever used. Took my dog in here to get a cut glued. Got home for 10 mins & the cut was open again. I called vets now who wanted me to come back in for more treatment (keep in mind I had already been charged £250 to get it glued in the first place) I wasn’t confident in them and opted to take him to my own vet the next day. I have since claimed my insurance, to find that’s Vets Now have added a ‘blood bank charity donation’ to my bill that I was not asked about or had authorised! My insurance will not refund these costs, and vets now are claiming that they asked me about it at the time. They definitely did not. The best of it is I would have donated had I been asked, but they did not ask!!!! These vets care more about money than the welfare of our furry friends, would not take my dog back! Read Less
