A lovely vet sorted out my Service Golden Retriever's massive hot spot very efficiently and had us sorted and out before our appointment time. I usually go to CAS Vets which is connected to Dragon, however as it was a Saturday morning my only option was to bring my boy to thier Saturday morning session. Happily this session meant we could avoid the emergency/out of hours vets. Everything was very quick and efficient and everyone was lovely, the only reason I've given four stars instead of five is that at CAS Vets they have a scheme for people on benefits so the consultation fee at Dragon was over double what I usually pay for my Assistance Dog which came as a bit of a shock. Other than that and if money is not an issue (or you'd be paying full price regardless of where you went) everything was absolutely fantastic and has been all 4 times I've needed to visit them. I would definitely highly recommend them as an excellent vet; with the added bonus of it being the site that the emergency vets use, so if (heaven forbid) your pet ever had to stay overnight they would already be where they needed to be, rather than needing to be picked up and moved from your vet to Dragon and back every evening and morning. Staff that care. We have used Dragon Vet Centre to look after all of our many rabbits over the years. A first class service. Helped save one of our bunnies from E. Cuniculi at 6 months old. Took several weeks of daily injections but 4 years on he's a healthy happy bunny. Thank you Dragon vets! Read Less

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Always able to get an appointment- even on the same day I call. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is because the £45 visit fee is pricey. However, it is worth it to me to know my dog is being well taken care of! Read Less

The team are great. An added bonus is the out of hours cheltvets service work from these premises, so someones with your pets if they have to stay 24/7. They are all caring and considerate people. I cannot praise highly enough the care that Dragon Centre has given, not only to animals but also the owners too. Our dog was desperately ill but thanks to the skill and expertise of the vet she has now recovered. Our dog 'Daddy' was brought in under emergency circumstances and the speed of thought and effort shown by the team helped to save his life - and for that we'll be forever grateful. Dragon Vets not only provide expert care but they also show a real sense of compassion and understanding of how much our pets mean to us. I have been registered with other vets in the Cheltenham area in the past, but moved to join The Vet Centre in Charlton Kings, Dragon's sister practice and we are so thankful we did. Seems that it is not beyond this veterinary centre to change an appointment less than one hour before it's due. Not only that, but the attitude in which the appointment was rearranged was not only disgusting but also utterly unprofessional. Dragon's used to be very good, but after the merge with Woodlands their service has dropped drastically. They have also gotten into the habit of double charging you for bills. Once you have paid, they will then issue another invoice a few months later - after you have forgotten about paying said bill - asking you to pay again. As of June 2015, I would highly recommend anyone using Dragon's should from now on end stay away, unless you'd like to be swindled out of tons of money. Read Less

I would just like to thank you for the wonderful "Puppy Party" I was a few moments late and so I did not catch the name of the nurse who organised it. The young lady was great fun, informative, very helpful and obviously knew all there was to know about new puppies.
