Will look elsewhere after just collecting my dogs ashes after taking her in for scans, xray then treated for an ulcer took her back when became ill again they then operated on here and said she had isolated blockage in small intestines which was removed got her home still suffering with anaemia,medication finish post op but she was bad again took her back she was coughing and panting excessively then told the anaemia and trauma caused half of her heart to fail she died after while the £4000 we paid does not bother us we would pay another £4000 no bother its the pulling of heart strings and purse strings and the suffering my poor dog and family have had never did get explanation what could been done different missus paid so i never went there BROKEN

Rip-Off Merchants! Charged us £340.00 for one nights stay (out-of-hours, don't have a problem with that) for our cat. Then, we told them that we was moving the cat to our own vets (following day, in surgery hours), the receptionist said "no problem, there's nothing more to pay". Then the Vet phoned saying that there was another £150 to pay. so we asked what it was for, he got all confused and made up an excuse to get off the phone (was halfway through performing surgery, he said, as if he'd make a call then!), he said that he would call back with a breakdown, he never did. I think that he was just after a quick £150.00, beer money, maybe??
