Not my normal vets and I was initially put off but it being inside a pet shop. Needed Guinea pig looked at and got appointment the same day. Vet was nice and explained everything and showed me what was wrong. Reception staff were very busy but still have time needed to customers.

One star is being generous. Took my 10 week old kittens to get their first injections with their kitten starter pack for them to instead be given a vaccination for dogs. After lots of poking & prodding I now have two very scared and poorly kittens who will now need permanent observation for the next few days. Gross negligence which cannot be ignored.

I rarely write reviews, but I am so impressed by Companion Care that I wanted to.
The reason I started taking my puppy there was because they have a puppy package, which was a cost-effective way of getting first injections etc. I was then planning on taking her to my usual vets in Stroud. I thought that because it was part of a chain, it would be ok, but not excellent and didn't expect it to be such a personal service.
How wrong was I? All of the staff are excellent and I have received great service and have no qualms about recommending them. If I could put up with my cats wailing from Stroud to Gloucester, I would take them there too.

One star is being generous. Took my 10 week old kittens to get their first injections with their kitten starter pack for them to instead be given a vaccination for dogs. After lots of poking & prodding I now have two very scared and poorly kittens who will now need permanent observation for the next few days. Gross negligence which cannot be ignored.

The reason I started taking my puppy there was because they have a puppy package, which was a cost-effective way of getting first injections etc. I was then planning on taking her to my usual vets in Stroud.
