Not a very friendly vet at all, i didn't appreciate him 'assuming' my dog was dangerous, not what i would expect from a qualified vet.

Absolutely disgusting. I had to have my cat put down yesterday and she asked if I was paying cash or card minutes after she put my cat down. No compassion. I didn't have half of the money but said I'd take it in the next morning. They wouldn't let me take my cat home because of the outstanding balance. The vet watched me crying my eyes out whilst struggling to get my money out of my purse. I have now taken both of my other cats off the system because of this traumatic experience. And every member of staff were heartless. I will be putting a complaint in as I had to go through it all again after picking him up today. WORST VETS EVER

Extremely convenient. Good opening times and open surgery, and no appointments required, daily. Expensive but no more than any others. Staff are superb

Absolutely fantastic. Every single person at SPA is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and provides a brilliant service. I wouldn't dare take my dogs anywhere else.

Absolutely disgusting. I had to have my cat put down yesterday and she asked if I was paying cash or card minutes after she put my cat down. No compassion. I didn't have half of the money but said I'd take it in the next morning. They wouldn't let me take my cat home because of the outstanding balance. The vet watched me crying my eyes out whilst struggling to get my money out of my purse. I have now taken both of my other cats off the system because of this traumatic experience.
