Can't recommend enough! Some of the Receptionists are welcoming which helps start the process, as the visits can be just as anxious for us pet owners as much as it is for our pets. We have been seeing Kirsty the last few times and we can't rate her enough. She was professional and actually cared about our Dog. Took this monster for his first booster and check up today. Dave ( the sign on the door gave it away ) had such a comfortable "bedside manner" and put Reggie completely at ease. Can't fault these guys, the vets, nurses and staff are all excellent, they really care. We've taken ferrets, cats, rats, mice and hamsters in and they have always seemed like experts on the animal. Our menagerie may not enjoy vet visits, but they certainly make them feel better. :) Read Less

Cant put into words just how passionate everyone is about what they do. Great practice Knowledgeable, caring and friendly.. would recommend to anyone. From an out of hours case on a busy evening our Socks was rushed in , given lifesaving surgery and wouldn't be here now if they hadn't gone the extra mile! Not once , but a number of times!! We were never rushed. They spoke honestly openly and compassionately keeping us updated every step of the way. Very professional and caring staff who are always there to greet you with a smile! Big thank you to the vetinary nurses for helping me when I struggled to put my dog's eye drops in and thank you also to the girls on reception for giving my dog cuddles and fuss after he's had appointments being prodded, poked and given horrible eye drops! This large centre has very friendly staff and there is a large well stocked shop on site for all your pet essentials. Nurses and Vets are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and there is no hard sell of medication which is refreshing. There is also a 24 hour emergency centre within the practice. Read Less

The people in this practice are miracle workers - in November 2014 our cat Tybalt was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer & the prognosis was 2-4 months. Well today, 18 months later, our boy has beaten all the odds & went outside for the first time since falling ill & appears to be in full remission. We know the cancer may come back, but if you check on-line the odds of a cat surviving you will realise what an incredible job these wonderful people have done - my Wife & I & our other 3 cats cannot thank them enough for all their hard work - they truly are miracle workers.
