From an out of hours case on a busy evening our Socks was rushed in , given lifesaving surgery and wouldn't be here now if they hadn't gone the extra mile! Not once , but a number of times!! We were never rushed. They spoke honestly openly and compassionately keeping us updated every step of the way. Big thank you to the vetinary nurses for helping me when I struggled to put my dog's eye drops in and thank you also to the girls on reception for giving my dog cuddles and fuss after he's had appointments being prodded, poked and given horrible eye drops! Most dogs pull their owners away from the vets but mine drags me in with excitement! Read Less

The people in this practice are miracle workers - in November 2014 our cat Tybalt was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer & the prognosis was 2-4 months. Well today, 18 months later, our boy has beaten all the odds & went outside for the first time since falling ill & appears to be in full remission. We know the cancer may come back, but if you check on-line the odds of a cat surviving you will realise what an incredible job these wonderful people have done - my Wife & I & our other 3 cats cannot thank them enough for all their hard work - they truly are miracle workers.
