The only nice people at the practice were Chris and Anna. Reception staff also really nice. But we lost our trust after another male vet shouted at me for not spending over £4000 for an operation, when he referred my dog to Bristol Uni Hospital, on the way from there, I was told to drop the dog with Woods Vets, who tried to bully me into putting the dog down. Well, after running away from both and finding a trustworthy practice... the dog is running (I was told he would be paralysed and will stop breathing, if I took him home) and is happy. They were awful about my other dog's pregnancy too - I was told off by a female vet for wanting to have a litter from my girl. Not sure, why they work as vets with that kind of attitude.

We've had very good experience at the Longhope branch recently, even though the diagnosis wasn't good news. Staff were all lovely, friendly and efficient from receptionist through to the vet. Nice to have continuity of care as well, seeing the same vet over several visits.

Excellent welcome in reception. Fitted in for an appointment at short notice. Clear, knowledgeable and patient vet who was genuinely caring. V good all round.

vet was lovely and felt comfortable leaving the cat , However not too happy that 6 days after visit the insurance claim has not even been started spoke with receptionist who advised not able to help as "I dont deal with that" not very satisfactory at all and rather a let down when your waiting for funds to be put back into your account !!

Pets barn have always been amazing for all my animals, from hamsters to dogs.
The care and compassion is real and ive found Nick and his team put pets before profit and offer advice and care to a high standard.
The receptionists are all friendly and welcoming, efficient and make even the hardest visits that little bit easier. Fiona especially has been amazing at the most difficult of times for us.
Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Pot luck on who you get. Chris and Vicky are very good, and most of the reception staff are friendly, however the practice manager, Nick, has a very officious manner about him, not a people person at all and my dog didn't take to him either. They also overcharge! So check what you're paying for.

The only nice people at the practice were Chris and Anna. Reception staff also really nice. We've had very good experience at the Longhope branch recently, even though the diagnosis wasn't good news. Staff were all lovely, friendly and efficient from receptionist through to the vet. Nice to have continuity of care as well, seeing the same vet over several visits.

The receptionists are all friendly and welcoming, efficient and make even the hardest visits that little bit easier. Fiona especially has been amazing at the most difficult of times for us.
