Terrible practice. Rang for emergency appointment for my little dog. He was very unwell and had hemorrhaged from his nose/ mouth. The uncaring receptionist stuck to her guns despite my me repeatedly telling her he needed an immediate appointment would not see him until over an hour and fifteen minutes after me asking for help. He died whilst waiting for his appointment. Avoid at all costs. Find an independent vet. This shower are not, therefore its all about money. They are very very expensive and its money over care for you beloved pet.

Sadly we've now moved away. The ladies are lovely and so very friendly. Personal touched are very much appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble. Will miss them.

Helpful and friendly staff who will always try to help be it over the phone or in the centre.
Been taking my cat there for 4 years now, she gets good treatment and lots of fuss!
Car parking is also good and the fees for yearly vaccinations and other stuff is at a reasonable price.

Sorry to leave you, but, the new management has changed the character of Sundean Vets from the friendly caring people to a business that seems to think money is more important. Price rises have put your costs way above what we with 5 dogs and are pensioners can afford. If any of the previous staff are remaining, thank you for a fabulous caring service we received while with you. This is a sad day for us and our pets :-(
