Very welcoming, efficient and friendly practice. My cat was fitted in for an almost immediate appointment and treated with the utmost care and respect by the vet.

I cannot praise enough the empathy shown by the staff when we recently had to have our very old cat put to sleep.
I had put the day off as long as possible as we originally got him from the Cat's Protection and he had never completely lost his trust of strangers. I didn't want the visit to the vets to be traumatic for him.
The vet and nurse gave us time on our own with him in a separate room. The whole process was unhurried and our feelings considered throughout, with the cat remaining relatively relaxed.
