This is the latest incarnation of a practice that has supported me and my multitude of cats for 35 years. It is no longer a partnership, and I think it is now part of a bigger corporate entity. However, it has not lost the values of old, and Karen is a wonderful custodian. All the staff are friendly and caring.

After trying other local vets, I would never go anywhere else, than Millpark. The reception staff and nurses are lovely, very welcoming to both humans and pets! Karen, the vet I see most often is brilliant - explains everything without patronising and is very kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I cannot praise enough the empathy shown by the staff when we recently had to have our very old cat put to sleep.
I had put the day off as long as possible as we originally got him from the Cat's Prot...
I cannot praise enough the empathy shown by the staff when we recently had to have our very old cat put to sleep.
I had put the day off as long as possible as we originally got him from the Cat's Protection and he had never completely lost his trust of strangers. I didn't want the visit to the vets to be traumatic for him.
The vet and nurse gave us time on our own with him in a separate room. The whole process was unhurried and our feelings considered throughout, with the cat remaining relatively relaxed.
