Disappointing. Called to get answerphone with nobody returning my call. A month or so later called to ask when booster jabs due and was informed the very next day. No offer of an appointment or any reaction at all. Never ever received a reminder? Bad practice and clearly they are not interested in pursuing return business. My cat is due to have his teeth cleaned and booster jabs. Not sure I would trust this practice to do a safe job. Suppose I'll have to look elsewhere as they clearly do not need the business. Let's face it no trip to the vets is cheap so u need to have confidence in them and would hope they are trustworthy. Putting my cat to sleep for his teeth clean is a scary prospect. Hey ho.

Very helpful and accommodating, the option to have a pet put to sleep at home made a sad and difficult choice that much easier to cope with.

A really lovely practice. The vet and nurse could not have been more kind. My animals have always received excellent treatment both here and at a the Stonehouse branch.

Disappointing. Called to get answerphone with nobody returning my call. A month or so later called to ask when booster jabs due and was informed the very next day. No offer of an appointment or any reaction at all. Never ever received a reminder? Bad practice and clearly they are not interested in pursuing return business.
