As well as our main hospital in Stroud (Clockhouse Veterinary Hospital) we also operate from a branch situated at Nailsworth, with a vet and receptionist on duty at specific times of the day Monday – Friday. All branch consultations are by appointment only, should the branch be closed you can arrange an appointment through the main hospital in Stroud.

Clock house has been our vets for the last 4 years, they've looked after our cats. Guinea pigs and more recently our Dog. They even helped out when we found a stray parrot!! Excellent, Friendly staff ...

Fantastic advice and I always feel fully informed. My cat was seen within minutes of arriving and within half an hour of phoning with my concerns. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Well done to ...

So, my dog is in a lot of pain at the moment, and we were waiting for results which they said we would find out on Monday. Lies! It is now Wednesday in that space something could've happened to my dog...
So, my dog is in a lot of pain at the moment, and we were waiting for results which they said we would find out on Monday. Lies! It is now Wednesday in that space something could've happened to my dog and we wouldn't have known why! It's terrible, and then the nurse that was dealing with the situation wasn't working the day after, so we've had to wait for results whilst my dog isn't in pain! I'm not in the slightest happy and I think that's dreadful that no one has called! The audacity!

Brilliant, caring and helpful practice . vets (especially becks and sian ) and nurses (especially Ali) and the night shift nurse couldn't have been more helpful when our dog was having her puppies .

They are very professional they have empathy when needed there very down to earth ee had our best friend put to sleep on 12th August 16 he was treated with the utmost respect. Thankyou xx

I think the Clockhouse Team is pretty awesome...I have worked there for 22 years...and I can honestly say that we care, genuinely care, about your pets...and you...because we know they are not just pets, they are precious members of our family...Don't forget, they care for my pets too...and I only want the best... :-) Plus I don't think I have EVER known a bunch of people to work so damn hard - the HOURS and HOURS that they put in - they don't stop thinking about your pet when they walk out the door, that I can promise you.... What a fab bunch of people. Oh and Sylvester's pretty awesome too ;-)

The staff at Clockhouse are so kind and caring. My cat went in over bank holiday weekend and they let me visit at times to suit me and gave me regular phone updates. Unfortunately the result was not a happy one but I received a lovely card in the post that had been personally signed by everyone.

The vets and staff at clock house are probably the most kind and caring people I have ever met. After trying their very hardest for my dog eeyore we had to make the hard decision to have her pts. After a very hard decision on Saturday of having my lovely little girl cat put to sleep, I received a beautiful card in the post from all the staff at the clockhouse, it was such a hard decision and has been awful since then, the card has brightened up my day, the vet and nurse on duty that night were absolutely amazing. Thankyou so much.

I think the Clockhouse Team is pretty awesome...I have worked there for 22 years...and I can honestly say that we care, genuinely care, about your pets...and you...because we know they are not just pets, they are precious members of our family...Don't forget, they care for my pets too...and I only want the best... :-) Plus I don't think I have EVER known a bunch of people to work so damn hard - the HOURS and HOURS that they put in - they don't stop thinking about your pet when they walk out the door, that I can promise you....
