I have been using the Coppins for almost 15 years now and have always had the best care possible for all my pets. Although there a vet's practice closer to me, they seem more interested in have a plush reception area to sell products and now being a chain are more concerned about money, money, money. The Coppins may not have the best plush reception but that doesn't bother me as the care for the animals is all I'm concerned about and I've never had any worries about the care my pets receive whilst in their hands. Good value for money too.

Definitely not the best vets I've been too. Very dirty outside. Staff very sarcastic. Communication is poor. Consultations are very quick and not explained. Every vet seems to have a different idea and view so never know what is correct. But if you want a cheap vets then this is the cheapest around probably but I'd rather get value for money elsewhere!

I have been using the Coppins for almost 15 years now and have always had the best care possible for all my pets. Although there a vet's practice closer to me, they seem more interested in have a plush reception area to sell products and now being a chain are more concerned about money, money, money. The Coppins may not have the best plush reception but that doesn't bother me as the care for the animals is all I'm concerned about and I've never had any worries about the care my pets receive whilst in their hands.
