A fantastic veterinary practice. All the staff, no exceptions are friendly, kind to owners and pets alike. I have a very difficult border collie I dreaded taking to the vet, until I joined Willett House. With care and understanding, particularly from Erin, she is now putty in their hands. I also recently had to have my spaniel euthanised. As it was out of hours Claire from the Staines office dealt with the whole unhappy situation in a sympathetic and sensitive way, not only with Phoebe who was not stressed at any point, but also my husband and I. Been here a couple of times and the staff have always been friendly and seem knowledgeable, the only issue I have is they really need to give people an idea of how much things are when they are looking at the animal, instead I ended up with a much larger bill when all I wanted was to get something simple checked out, their prices are also quite high which is a problem if you don't have insurance. Luckily, i havent had to use vets very often but each time i have, willett house provides an excellent service. Caring and respectful, staff are lovely. My last visit especially, my greyhound was euthanised and due to a previous bad experience at another vets with another euthanised greyhound of mine, i was very anxious about things being done right. Dawn went above and beyond to make sure that my final wishes for Lilly were taken care off correctly and she was returned to me quickly for which i am very thankful!! Read Less

Again another warm and friendly welcome at Willett House Addlestone on Friday 5th May when I took Ty for his Annual Vaccination and Health Check-Up. The team there are like an extended family - the warmth, care and attention they provide makes you feel totally comfortable in knowing you and your furry family member is being looked after. As always, a special thank you goes out to Erin who is a fantastic vet and knowing we€re going to be seen by her makes me feel at ease as she€s just wonderful with my boy. Also, another special thank you goes out to Dawn who always makes us feel so welcomed. Dawn previously has gone above and beyond and helped me out massively which truly touched me especially during a very sad time last year.
