Hi Clare There is a price difference because the vet is on a higher salary than a nurse so obviously their time is more expensive. No different to most other businesses in this regard. I understand that you requested to have a specific time for the appointment when there was no nurse free to clip the nails for you but you should have been told that there is a price difference at the time. I have therefore credited your account accordingly and am sorry for any distress this may have caused.
