I could not recommend them more!! I've been taking my dog for many years. She has had 3 major operations with then and has always been loved as one of their own. I sadly had to have her put to sleep last week at the age of 14 (1 month short of 15) and the way they treated her with dignity and respect I could not praise them more. I today received a lovely card, hair clippings and forget me not seeds as a sympathy gift which I thought was really special and I am forever grateful for everything they have done. Read Less

I took my French Bulldog for his annual booster and was advised that the limp he had (I informed them of in passing) meant he needed an operation and the first step was to have x-rays done. I booked for them to be carried out on Monday 03/07/17 and asked for a quote for the x-rays. I received no call, i called later that week before the booked date and was told the vet had not placed the quote on the system as yet and it would be chased and they will call me back. They never did which should have been the 1st alarm bell but since I was worried about my dog we dropped him off at 08:30am as booked on 03/07 no one called us, we called after 17:00pm to ask what is happening and was told he was ready to go and was awake and xrays done. At this point we were advised the vet who needs to look at the xray Obi was not available until Thurs 06/07 to review the xray and call us. Today is 13/07 and not one call. I have called back and been told a different vets name and advised she is not in today and will try and call me tomorrow but no guarantee as to time as they are understaffed and extremely busy. I appreciate being overworked but lets remember everything is by appointment only there so they have the luxury of running their diary. I am extremely angry that I have been charged £300 and no one has been able to pick the phone up to me 1.5 weeks later and discuss what needs to be done. I am waiting for someone to call me so I can request copies of the x-ray and go elsewhere as I have lost confidence with this vets. Every time I have taken my dog for his booster they have been running at least 30mins late for the appointments. Due to him only needing that once a year and the location being 10mins from my work address it was convenient but now I will go out of my way to ensure I am getting a better service. The staff have always been polite and seemed to love animals so it is a shame their customer service is so poor in relation to getting back to people. Even today explaining the delay and no phone calls it was just excuses about them being busy and understaffed. I work in a customer service environment and WE are understaffed but we still get back to everyone even if I end up working 1-2hrs later to ensure the job is done. Read Less
