Says they are open 10am on a Sunday til 2pm. NOT so. Go down there to pick up vital repeat prescription for our dog and they're shut! Ring the number and yr told shut go to nearby vets if urgent.

Never again will I visit this practice. Treated with contempt and my pets secondary to other customers.
Today's visit was dissatifactury and admitted lack on knowledge in rabbits. I was actually advised by the get that for further dietary needs to go to Pets at Home.
I was told she had conducted a full medical revise however was rushed out of treatment room and the examination didn't appear to cover checking of eyes, ears, claws which I would expect as standard. Even the weight was wrong until I questioned it.
I will not be returning. The level of care is missing.
If anyone has heartfelt care for you pets do not give this place the time of day!

Need to sort out the inconsiderate customers who block all the parking out the front. Wouldn't mind except when you come in to ask people to move about a bit to make more room and be considerate, you get tutted and huffed at by the ignorami. Staff are great generally but on the parking issue they can see the problem but don't do anything. Very annoying at what is otherwise a perfectly good vets.

All 3 of my cats are registered here and well cared for aswell aa my parents cat. Sadly my eldest cat passed away in November and we had the vets come out to us at home to put him to sleep. This was costly but was right for the my cat's mental wellbeing. They don't try and sell you their products like some vets do. When my ginger boy was a kitten he has loose stools and the vet said just give him some rice and chicken as it's cheaper then buying the specialised food and let his gut rest a bit. He is now nearly 3! Parking is not a problem as I always park in the Iceland car park which is opposite and free. Just be aware that there is a crossing on a busy road which is loud and my cats hate it. Overall very happy with my vets 🐱

First visited in October 2016 with my 3 month old puppy as recommended by my uncle. The staff were very accommodating and patient with my pup. Very gentle, attentive and helpful. I didn't feel like they were trying to over sell things to me as a new pet owner. My pup has been back another 2 times to this vet and every visit is very calm with all the vets. Definitely recommend this vet to any locals in the Dagenham area!

First visited in October 2016 with my 3 month old puppy as recommended by my uncle. The staff were very accommodating and patient with my pup. Very gentle, attentive and helpful. I didn't feel like they were trying to over sell things to me as a new pet owner. My pup has been back another 2 times to this vet and every visit is very calm with all the vets. Definitely recommend this vet to any locals in the Dagenham area!
