Very disappointed with the service. Have to take my dog there twice and no results, every visit cost me about 80 pounds.The receptionist over the phone was not very helpful and rude!Will never go ther...

these vets are fantastic - and i didn't need to actually visit them! had a poorly rabbit last week, and as requested they gave me liquid food over the phone with no fuss. at no point were they pushing...
these vets are fantastic - and i didn't need to actually visit them! had a poorly rabbit last week, and as requested they gave me liquid food over the phone with no fuss. at no point were they pushing me to come in or buy to anything, only concerned if he didn't improve to visit. when we did book eventually, he picked up overnight and they were genuinely happy to hear that he had improved. all with no fuss or 'scare tactics' and then they cancelled the appointment for us. fab people, who actually care about the animals rather than the income :)
