I had a truly awful experience with them. They didn't explain what could be wrong with our pet or what we could expect. All we got after a couple of days that he spent there was a huge bill and a pet already too ill to be saved, although they said he's better. When we went to a good vet, who gave us all the explanations about a very common ill, it was already too late for our pet. I now see clearly that their interest was the money not us or our pet.

We had a very poorly pup recently and Runnymede Hill Vets were brilliant. Their quick diagnosis and emergency surgery saved our little Japanese Shiba Inu's life. She's back to full health now and the fur on her tummy is growing back. I love this veterinary surgery - not sure my car or dog agree with me though!!

My Boxer dog boy Alfie has not been himself lately and the other night he was in a lot of distress. I rang up at 5am and spoke to a wonderful lady(Nicola I think) who asked some questions and reassured me. I was so impressed how chirpy she was at that time of day! I got Alf down there that morning and saw David, he was very thorough and we discussed what to do next.To cut a long story short Alf was admitted as an in patient and was diagnosed that day, all possible angles were covered and Alf is now home, recovering well and not in pain. I cant leave this review without mentioning the ladies at the reception, they arent just there to answer the phone and dispense medication, they take a genuine interest in peoples animals and are knowledgable in procedures. In all I felt everyone involved work as a great team and I cant thank them enough.

I will have trouble to put into words how amazing both practices are. Harriet looked after my elderly dog for a year and treated him beautifully even until his very sad passing which she made as bearable as possible, so caring and empathetic. I have used other practices before that do not even have a small amount of the professionalism and care that Pets first have.

My mums has been taking her pets here for 15 years and when it came time to me choosing a vets for my little new puppy I did shop around but was not impressed. This is definitely the best vets in the area. The phones are answered the vets are very knowledgeable and Andy is amazing. I even get to take my puppy back in for free nurse appointments. They are open when you need them to be and the staff are happy. I cant recommend them enough

I had a truly awful experience with them. They didn't explain what could be wrong with our pet or what we could expect. Runnymede Hill Vets have taken care of my dogs ( and me !) for many years and I can honestly say I have never had a problem. Andy and David are truly amazing vets,their love of animals just shines through. I must not forget the lovely nurses especially Kirsty and all the reception girls. Everyone is friendly and I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital.

I would always use this vets. They are always so helpful, knowledgable and caring. Andy is an amazing vet and I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else.

I will have trouble to put into words how amazing both practices are. Harriet looked after my elderly dog for a year and treated him beautifully even until his very sad passing which she made as bearable as possible, so caring and empathetic. I have used other practices before that do not even have a small amount of the professionalism and care that Pets first have.

My mums has been taking her pets here for 15 years and when it came time to me choosing a vets for my little new puppy I did shop around but was not impressed. This is definitely the best vets in the area. The phones are answered the vets are very knowledgeable and Andy is amazing. I even get to take my puppy back in for free nurse appointments. They are open when you need them to be and the staff are happy. I cant recommend them enough
