Ann O’Meara used to be considered a very knowledgeable Guinea pig vet, but in our case we found indifference and had a bad experience. She got our guinea pigs mixed up during the pandemic, the practice not knowing the breed or colour of either guinea pig, and we were treating the wrong one for a week while the other went downhill rapidly. We had to find out from our local vet. Also when I asked her questions about the condition, she’d say “I’ll talk to you about that next time,” even though we had no further appointments or scheduled times to talk! So we would not get the answers to important questions relating to care had I not really pressed her. We’ve been to her many times and we’ve received just standard care and sometimes didn’t get the answers we were looking for, never been very impressed. We are using a different exotics vet now.

Very good surgery and i was pleased they understood i have limited finances so i wasnt concerned i would get a large bill. My dog jake was pretty poorly a few months ago i couldnt afford expensive blood tests .I thought he had come to the end. The vet discussed end of life care and i really appreciated his holistic approach. My dog is still alive today a different dog.

The best vet in London/Surrey for small animals, and probably all animals in general. I have guinea pigs and degus, and after bad experiences with other vets in the past I am so grateful to have found a surgery with such knowledgeable, caring, brilliant staff. Anne O'Meara is a guinea pig specialist, and the only one I have managed to find in the whole of London/Surrey, so if you have rodents she really is the best. The other vets - Wanda and Olivia - also have excellent knowledge of small animals, and have all treated my pets in the past and performed intricate operations which I would not trust anyone else to do! Not only are the vets extremely experienced, the vet nurses are also brilliant and very knowledgeable. You would think such a great surgery would charge a lot for treatment, but absolutely not. Goddard is by far the most reasonable vet I have ever been to, and since finding them I would never go anywhere else. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very good surgery and i was pleased they understood i have limited finances so i wasnt concerned i would get a large bill. My dog jake was pretty poorly a few months ago i couldnt afford expensive blood tests .I thought he had come to the end. The vet discussed end of life care and i really appreciated his holistic approach. My dog is still alive today a different dog.

The best vet in London/Surrey for small animals, and probably all animals in general. I have guinea pigs and degus, and after bad experiences with other vets in the past I am so grateful to have found a surgery with such knowledgeable, caring, brilliant staff. Anne O'Meara is a guinea pig specialist, and the only one I have managed to find in the whole of London/Surrey, so if you have rodents she really is the best.
