The staff here are very lovely and caring to both you and your pet(s). We had problems with our dog that required lots of help and they were able to provide us with a quick check up, tablets and flea treatment within very quick notice. At the same time the price of these products is very fair and inexpensive compared to some other vetinarys while maintaining high quality.

These people have a real care for animals across the board, it's not just about a job. Place is convenient and has parking (which is free) in a town where no parking is free and often has no spaces. Best vet in the area

These people have a real care for animals across the board, it's not just about a job. Place is convenient and has parking (which is free) in a town where no parking is free and often has no spaces. As with any vet, it can be an expensive visit. However, they are cheaper, friendlier and in our experience much nicer people to deal with compared to other local vets. They have been great in looking after our beloved cat Tiny after he was recently hit by a car. Hopefully with their e pert help, he will recover soon.

***SUPERB VETS AND REASONABLY PRICED*** SUPERB VETERINARY SURGEONS, VETERINARY NURSES AND OTHER STAFF. I have been a client for many years, with many different animals, (all elderly rescues). I cannot fault any of the vets at the Harold Hill (and Elm Park practice where I go on an odd occasion when Harold Hill is closed). All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Diagnosis and treatment is explained in plain English and easy to understand. Very reasonably priced. Good opening hours. Plenty of parking. No hard sell. I have been a client of a few different veterinary practices in the Romford area over the years but I would not go anywhere else nowadays. Thank you all at Hill Park Veterinary Group for caring for all my animals, I appreciate your expertise, help, support and advice.

Fantastic vets! I have been with them for about 6 years now, since I moved to the area, and I couldn't fault them. They most certainly are a Rabbit Savvy bunch of vets and help me maintain my Warren of 8 year after year!
They did have a minor hiccup with recording treatment but in their defence I had two rabbits with similar names, Pop & Poppy, Pop sadly passed away with myxomatosis at 13 weeks of age whereas Poppy is a strong bossy two year old madam and they have since resurrected Poppy on the record front; we did have a laugh about it afterward. Even got in the RVHD2 vaccine within a month of it becoming available and have helped me save 2 of my girls from a nasty strain of myxomatosis (proved fatal for two others). Highly recommend them to anyone with rabbits but they are brilliant with your canine & feline partners too! So much cheaper and far more empathic than Pets at Homes vets.

It's so hard to find a rabbit savvy vet yet Hill Park vets have them in spades! All of my rabbits have been since I got them and they treat them like they are their own which is fantastic; especially as I had to book my eldest in with a day's notice with a gouge on her back hide. They've been brilliant with all my rabbits issues from nursing them over myxomatosis to annual vaccines to cleaning out & closing up a open wound from fighting to neutering. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my fur-babies all 11 of them.

This place said my ferret wasn't neutered, started the opp and he passed away while with them! They later told me he had already been neutered and didnt even need the opp! Cant believe they made such a crazy mistake! Have spoken to other vets and they think they gave him to much gas! They didn't even really seem bothered or care about what they did! Didn't even get a sorry! Awful place avoid and take your pet somewhere that know what they are doing!!!!
