What a thoroughly lovely veterinary surgery! Having recently acquired two cats I had to seek out a new, local vet, and I nervously chose Alcombe in Osterley because it had a good website. But what really matters with a vet isn't their website, it's the quality of care, and I was relieved when I went to visit for the first time and met Dominika and the team. They're great at dealing with nervous pets (and nervous owners!), giving really good advice without any pushiness or impatience, and the hours are so convenient to fit in around work. They make you feel as though your pet is the most important animal in the whole world while they're being seen. Genuinely the nicest surgery I've ever had dealings with, and I'm sure that under happier circumstances my little cat would agree ;)

What a thoroughly lovely veterinary surgery! Having recently acquired two cats I had to seek out a new, local vet, and I nervously chose Alcombe in Osterley because it had a good website. But what really matters with a vet isn't their website, it's the quality of care, and I was relieved when I went to visit for the first time and met Dominika and the team. They're great at dealing with nervous pets (and nervous owners!), giving really good advice without any pushiness or impatience, and the hours are so convenient to fit in around work. They make you feel as though your pet is the most important animal in the whole world while they're being seen.
