Best veterinary practice ever. Been taking my cat (her name's Pigeon) there for over 2 years now after our previous veterinary practice had a change of staff to a woman who seemed to have no idea what she was doing and was making my cat hate me for taking her the her. So I found Animal Choice on the recommendation of my manager and I am so glad I did. All of the staff are friendly and kind and amazing with my cat. She comes away happy and not scared or angry at all. I can't stress enough how great this place is. If I could give them more stars, I would. I love them!

This practise has taken care of my Border Terrier since she was 10 months old. He is the nicest, warmest vet and treats my dog a year and a half later as an old friend, she loves being made a fuss of at the vets. My dog Florence has all her jabs there and he always checks her teeth and gives me advise as she is prone to decay despite her organic diet so we have to clean her teeth regularly. She was spayed and was fit and well after a day, amazing recovery. The whole staff team are so friendly, they advise you on anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise.

This is a brilliant veterinary service - everything is explained very clearly and the utmost concern is always shown for the patients by every single member of staff I've ever dealt with. I've been using this practice for many years and have never found one to better it. Yesterday I had an emergency as my dog had been badly mauled in an unprovoked attack - they really couldn't have been more caring or done more. Highly recommended.

Mr Phakkey is the most caring man and talks to the pets in his care like they are his very own loved pets. He was very supportive when my Lady was diagnosed with cancer and I had to let her go. This is the best vet practice I have ever used. Mr Phakkey is the kindest, most compassionate Vet who genuinely cares about the pets he looks after as well as the owners. All the nurses and reception staff are equally friendly and kind and they all love animals so much. It feels like a Family rather than a Business. Even when we moved away from Balham we still take out cats there as we wouldn't be happy taking them anywhere else.

I've had 8 old rescue cats over 10 years and been to 5 vets across London...always in search of the best care my cats could have in their retirement years. Dr Phakkey has been my cats vet for the past 7 years and I couldn't have found a more skilled, instinctive, compassionate vet to look after my cats in health and sickness. The receptionists are warm, welcoming and empathetic with every visit. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Best veterinary practice ever. Been taking my cat (her name's Pigeon) there for over 2 years now after our previous veterinary practice had a change of staff to a woman who seemed to have no idea what she was doing and was making my cat hate me for taking her the her. So I found Animal Choice on the recommendation of my manager and I am so glad I did. All of the staff are friendly and kind and amazing with my cat. She comes away happy and not scared or angry at all. I can't stress enough how great this place is. If I could give them more stars, I would. I love them!

This practise has taken care of my Border Terrier since she was 10 months old. He is the nicest, warmest vet and treats my dog a year and a half later as an old friend, she loves being made a fuss of at the vets. My dog Florence has all her jabs there and he always checks her teeth and gives me advise as she is prone to decay despite her organic diet so we have to clean her teeth regularly. She was spayed and was fit and well after a day, amazing recovery. The whole staff team are so friendly, they advise you on anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise.

This is a brilliant veterinary service - everything is explained very clearly and the utmost concern is always shown for the patients by every single member of staff I've ever dealt with. I've been using this practice for many years and have never found one to better it. Millie is the third cat in my home who has received the dedicated devoted care of this practice. Mr Phakkey is the most caring man and talks to the pets in his care like they are his very own loved pets. He was very supportive when my Lady was diagnosed with cancer and I had to let her go. Absolutely recommend Animal Choice.

This is the best vet practice I have ever used. Mr Phakkey is the kindest, most compassionate Vet who genuinely cares about the pets he looks after as well as the owners. All the nurses and reception staff are equally friendly and kind and they all love animals so much. It feels like a Family rather than a Business. Even when we moved away from Balham we still take out cats there as we wouldn't be happy taking them anywhere else.

Dr Phakkey has been my cats vet for the past 7 years and I couldn't have found a more skilled, instinctive, compassionate vet to look after my cats in health and sickness. The receptionists are warm, welcoming and empathetic with every visit. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
