Manager rude and obnoxious as well as aggressive when I tried to complain about several issues! Appalling behavior. Completely wrong information on my pet history file as well as personal and derogatory comments made about me. Whatever they feel about me as a person; this has NOTHING to do with my pet's health and should not be on his file. Disgraceful. This vet is amazing! Amazing staff which is top priority. They're so lovely, friendly and treat your pet like their own. I took my little Italian greyhound, Lea, to get neutered and they looked after her so well and post op assured me that I did not need to be worried as they would be a helping hand. The service is amazing and I'm so glad I let them take care of Lea as they did an amazing job. My beloved cat was put down on Tuesday. She was a 6 year old rescue cat and lived with us for a further 15 years with excellent care from all at Aspens. I am so grateful to all the staff, especially Sandra for the sincere love and care shown during the whole process. I was on my own and was overwhelmed by the loss. My cat was loved and petted, soothed and wrapped in a blanket whilst the anaesthetic worked and tenderly handled. I was given time alone to say goodbye, offered drinks, helped to the car and told to not worry about the bill until later. This morning we received a handwritten sympathy card. Never have I come across a practice as friendly and professional as Aspens. Our two year old springer spaniel George is a regular patient at Aspens, and the staff always go out of their way to welcome George which is so lovely.
