Ordered a medicine for our cat 2 weeks ago. Was told it will be delivered first class. Called to chase it but was told that it hasn't been posted yet as they run out of stamps. I'd expect they would call and advice of delay. I'd also understand if the delay was because of anything else but lack of stamps? Very disappointed.

Junior vet gave me wrong information on post op care resulting in my pet's recovery taking longer than it should have done! No apology nor compassion.
Manager rude and obnoxious as well as aggressive when I tried to complain about several issues! Appalling behavior.
Completely wrong information on my pet history file as well as personal and derogatory comments made about me. Whatever they feel about me as a person; this has NOTHING to do with my pet's health and should not be on his file. Disgraceful.
Find yourself a vet surgery with high standards of veterinary knowledge and understandings of professionalism & customer service. I have.

This vet is amazing! Amazing staff which is top priority. They're so lovely, friendly and treat your pet like their own. I took my little Italian greyhound, Lea, to get neutered and they looked after her so well and post op assured me that I did not need to be worried as they would be a helping hand. The service is amazing and I'm so glad I let them take care of Lea as they did an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone who has a pet and lives near this area and even away from it as it is so worth the time.

We sadly had our cat, Bob, put to sleep at the surgery today. Everyone from the reception staff through to Natasha, the vet, were wonderful. They were kind, considerate, sympathetic, courteous and professional. I appreciated the honest advice I received from Natasha and she helped us make the best and the right choice. Bob passed away peacefully and calmly, and that's one comfort we've taken away from today. Thank you.

My beloved cat was put down on Tuesday. She was a 6 year old rescue cat and lived with us for a further 15 years with excellent care from all at Aspens. I am so grateful to all the staff, especially Sandra for the sincere love and care shown during the whole process. I was on my own and was overwhelmed by the loss. My cat was loved and petted, soothed and wrapped in a blanket whilst the anaesthetic worked and tenderly handled. I was given time alone to say goodbye, offered drinks, helped to the car and told to not worry about the bill until later. This morning we received a handwritten sympathy card. I am more grateful than I can express. It will not be forgotten. Thank you sincerely. Thea

Unfortunately we only got to know aspen vets for the last 6 weeks of our boxer's (Cass) life. Rai visited our home yesterday to put her to sleep. We cannot put into words how professional and considerate he was and he made a terrible situation for us almost bearable. We found everyone we dealt with at the sidcup surgery friendly, knowledgable and professional. I would not hesitate to point anyone with a pet towards Aspens.

Never have I come across a practice as friendly and professional as Aspens. Our two year old springer spaniel George is a regular patient at Aspens, and the staff always go out of their way to welcome George which is so lovely. This vet is amazing! Amazing staff which is top priority. They're so lovely, friendly and treat your pet like their own. I took my little Italian greyhound, Lea, to get neutered and they looked after her so well and post op assured me that I did not need to be worried as they would be a helping hand. The service is amazing and I'm so glad I let them take care of Lea as they did an amazing job. Our Tia and Alfie have always been very well cared for - Aspens have that personal touch - from receptionists to the vets themselves! My Chelsea rabbit was cared for there too and although she got poorly and she's now hopping around in heaven - the care she received was excellent!

Never have I come across a practice as friendly and professional as Aspens. Our two year old springer spaniel George is a regular patient at Aspens, and the staff always go out of their way to welcome George which is so lovely. I cannot thank you all enough for how you treat and care for George. I would recommend Aspens to everyone because the staff genuinely care for your animals and do all they can to help! All the staff are amazing and inspirational. **************
