Stefano is a genuinely caring person, we called him for a diagnosis on our cat and he was open and honest and you could tell that our cat felt comfortable with him. If your pet is scared of going to the vet I would highly recommend Stefano, in fact even if your pet is not scared I would still highly recommend Stefano as I know it’s difficult to find a vet that genuinely cares for animals and he is very open and transparent about his pricing which is very very reasonable especially as he comes to your home. Stefano treated our very poorly cat a few months ago. Instead of telling us we must put her down (she was very skinny and it may have meant an injection to the heart as finding a vein to insert a cannula would have been hard), he suggested that as another option, to give her a high dose of pain relief every few hours and monitor her for 24h. He said you can call me anytime that you feel she needs an intervention, on his mobile etc. She slipped away within 24h without the trauma of being PTS for both us and her. She was an old lady and died next to my mother who she had slept with every night for years. We couldn’t have asked for a more dignified and peaceful passing and having a home vet meant our little cat didn’t have the stress of being taken in the cat carrier, which she hated, and then being examined on a cold hard table. Will only ever use this vet in future as long as we live in the area. Felt he will always do the best for the animal and not just the easiest / convenient option. Read Less

My cat is extremely frightened of vet visits and doesn't like being around other cats, so you can imagine how hard it is to give her proper medical care without causing distress. Stefano was amazing from the second he walked in our house. He let her come to him on her own terms and gave her the best and most thorough exam she's had in years! He listened to all of the factors in her ailment and gave impeccable advise. He was kind, understanding, and could tell he truly has a heart for animals and giving the best possible care. Outstanding care, outstanding concern, outstanding treatment. Having Stefano and Martina as vets has made a very big difference to my little family of cats. They all have different needs and the fact that they are able to be seen in their own home makes all the difference. My 13year old GS cross gets very agitated when taken to the vets so I thought a home visit would be better. No mobile vet found in my vicinity but, after rigorous research, I found CTvets and Mr Skert agreed to register my old boy. He examined him thoroughly and took his time although I did watch the clock, knowing I was paying. I was surprised at the reasonable cost considering the travel time from Surrey to Middlesex. I have rated Stefano & Martina five stars for their excellent care of our cats. A few weeks ago my cat, LuLu, began vomiting and losing weight rapidly. She was listless and withdrawn from us, which is completely out of character for her. My local veterinarian wanted to immediately run xrays and scans on LuLu to determine the problem. I felt uneasy doing this. My cat is very timid with people other than us and this methodology would have been very unsettling for her. I also wasnt sure that approach to veterinarian medicine made sense at that stage. I do not agree with aggressive and invasive medical approaches as first port of call regarding my own health, let alone my pets, so I called Stefano & Martina hoping to get LuLu looked at as soon as possible. Stefano arrived immediately within a few hours of my call. He checked her over and suggested a gentle approach to discovering the reason behind her symptoms. It took two weeks of varying degrees of treatment for LuLu to improve and to find the cause of her illness. She would have died if Stefano had not intervened in the manner he did. He realised immediately she needed an IV for lack and loss of fluids and we managed to do this at home where she was most comfortable. Before LuLus situation could worsen Stefano worked diligently to run varying tests that were as non-invasive as possible, yet necessary and not frivolous (we also had a budget to stay within). He was very proactive in making LuLu comfortable during her illness (a severe case of pancreatis). After two weeks, LuLus situation improved so much that you couldnt tell shed been ill, apart from weight loss. We know for certain that Stefanos gentle approach to veterinarian medicine is not only the right thing to do, but is good for his patients too. He worked hard to help LuLu and ensured we knew what was happening at all times. We cant thank Stefano and Martina enough for all that theyve done. We have not only found the best vets in the business, but weve also made friends with Stefano and Martina. Lucky for us Stefano is currently treating our asthmatic cat, Sweet Pea. Stefano has even managed to teach us how to get Sweet Pea used to accepting her treatments via a feline inhaler. Miracles do happen big and small :-)Read Less

Having taken my beloved cat Stevie to different, supposedly first class vets who did nothing but contribute to his ultimate demise, I came to find CTvets and Stefano. My cat was very poorly, needed a vet, but last time we took him he got so stressed out. Having a mobile vet was a great option. Vet Stefano was amazing, really knew his stuff an was spot on with his diagnosis. After treatment he's as good as new. Such a relief. Would defiantly recommend CT vets. Brilliant care I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Our dog, who finds pet visits very stressful, was treated at our place in his normal home environment. Martina and Stefano are both wonderfully calm and compassionate, combining cool professionalism with a warm "bedside manner". They talked through their diagnosis with us carefully and addressed every concern we had. This is a very superior quality of care - quite a different thing from an ordinary, and often perfunctory, appointment in a standard vet practice. Amazing Vet, As an owner of a 45kg GSD that is very difficult to take to the vets, as he gets totally stressed out, I was told about CT VETS MOBILE. I taught I would give him a ring and explain the situation and he came to my house on a home visit. Was very very impressed on meeting Stefano. Extremely friendly and more importantly he spent time getting to know my GSD Prince. Playing football and giving him treats. Treating Prince at home proved to be 100% STRESS FREE for me the vet and the dog. Can't praise Stefano enough. Just sooooooo glad I found him. CT vets provides outstanding service that we have never experienced before. we have been lucky to have had Stefano care for our dogs for the last two years. It was through Stefano's magical care that our last beloved dog lived another whole year of life which was priceless to us. The vets are professional, immediate, empathic with a very high degree of clinical care. Your pet always comes first, with the owner running a close second but who is always encouraged to contact the vets at any time and is never, but never a nuisance. Stefano and Martina are in a class of their own when it comes to veterinary knowledge and their individual delivery of care given unhurriedly in your own home. This unique service relieves the stress for both pet and owner and allows so much more time for explaining problems and receiving reassuring advice. There also have been numerous times over these years when their care has gone far beyond the call of duty.
