Not very responsive. Unprofesstional I had an emergency with my pet ferret. Before going to work at 8.00am i went to this vet to recieve emergency care for her but not before i called and let them know i m pressed by time and that my ferret it s in critical condition after she accidently chewed on a flower and got poisoned. When i got there my ferret was starting to feel ice cold..and change her color yellow-blue.. they made me wait for another custommer who arrived after i did and served that custommer with some product rather then take care of my ferret who in that moment i tought she will die in my hands..waiting. I couldnt just sit see how she dies in my hands anymore so i reminded to them of her condition..i couldnt hold my feeling or my tears anylonger. After that they finnaly took a look at her and told me no more than i aready new..that she might not survive..They told me she needs 24hour special care for a few days and that i should leave her with them and I left her with them..went to work. They told me i can come and see her about 2.00pm when i had my lunch break. I did. When i got there i found the receptionist outside the cabinet playing with a puppy and she told me that i can t see my pet because the doctor it s not there and that she doesnt know when he will come back. Frustrated i went back to work. I had a double shift dinishing at 11.30 with not lunch break and my ferret was about to die. 5 minutes after i arrived at work they called me back and told me that she is still in critical condition and i need to go and pick her up asap because they can t keep her overnight. Since there will be no one to watch her. I left work again run back to the vet knowing that they will close soon..to pick up my sick ferret in the same condition knowing nothing.... she later died in my hands. Not after i brought her to another hospital spend a total of 1300+Read Less
