A small, personal clinic where they remember your pet's name. Both vets here are so empathetic and patient! Having a pet be sick is such an emotional process, and the vets here have been wonderful the whole time. Ian talked to me on the phone for 35 minutes, explaining my cat's diagnosis and answering my many questions. He also sent me an email afterwards with more details. The next day, he saw me and my husband for an unrushed consultation and was kind the whole time. You can tell the staff here love animals. It's sad to have your pet get sick, but leaving my cat for a day in their hands felt absolutely comfortable. Read Less

They were extremely helpful when my cat fell sick. They were very in sync with the emergency vet in Wimbeldon which I also had to visit. Especially when he passed away late at night. I couldn't recommend their staff highly enough. They took a lot of the stress out of the situation, and were compassionate and knowledgable through a traumatic time. The staff at the emergency vet at Stone Lion were also great. Read Less
