Mark and the team here are an asset to the company and brilliant at what they do. The team is very passionate and friendly and we always feel in safe hands. As well as general treatment they are also great with more serious problems. When our Jack Russell ate some plastic Mark prepped her and rang ahead to the hospital so when we got there she was seen and treated straight away and lived to tell the tale. I highly recommend this practice.

Mark is the best vet we have seen so far in London. He takes the time for you and your pet. He also remembers you so you don't have a feeling you are just a file. I do think he cares and this is what you want to look for in a vet. Go for Mark. Other vets are ok but Mark never disappointed us. Also they can send you prescription by email which can be helpful. I recommend it

Mark is an amazing vet and has a fantastic support network around him. Our little puppy is in fantastic hands and even enjoys her visits to the vets! Can't recommend highly enough.

Mark is kind, super caring, loyal, highly trustworthy and very professional. He is an exceptional Vet!! More than once Mark has walked the extra mile for Jack (my lovely cat). It is really about the patient€s best interest for him. He always make sure you understand his diagnoses. Mark also have an amazing team of assistants behind him! I would no doubt recommend the West Ham team!!
