have nothing but great things to say about Goddard in Fulham. The staff have taken great care of our Labrador Spectre who has unfortunately had to have a few procedures (he's an old boy!). The staff are always very friendly and provide us with regular updates throughout the day so we know how he is getting on. They appreciate how important the pet is to the owner which at other vets hasn’t always been the case and Spectre always leaves a very happy dog (not what you'd usually expect after a visit to the vets!). As a first time pet owner, I was very nervous about owning a pet, and how to ensure that I looked after it in the best way possible. After adopting a stray kitten, I took it to my local vet in Goddards Fulham, and have never looked back. Dr White was so incredibly patient as I asked many questions when he did the first check up. He also followed up to make sure my kitten (and I) were ok. When I took my kitten in for her vaccinations, Dr White explained what he was giving her and why, along with recommending best best food, treats and toys and care when I asked. When my kitten was taken in to be spayed she was a bit of a nightmare due to fear, but I was impressed that she had such a tiny incision that I think may have only been 1cm!! Plus she only had to wear the cone of shame for 2 days. I highly recommend Goddards Fulham and for their excellent level of care, kindness and patience. Read Less

This vet is absolutely disgraceful. I brought my rabbit in for a tooth trim and pre-warned the vet that he often liked to lick the drill, so they had to be careful. The vet performed the tooth trim, and then cut his tongue. Blood everywhere. She administered pain killers, which was fine, accidents happen, but I was obviously angry at the lack of care. They then had the audacity to charge me for the tooth trim AND the painkillers, despite causing the problem in the first place. I kicked up a fuss, and the receptionist said “these things happen, you have to pay for them.” What an absolute joke of an organisation. He came in a happy bunny, and we left with a bloody mouth and a huge bill. Avoid this place at all costs. Cash cows who don’t care for animals at all. I’d like to add to this review 24 hours later (and still fuming) that I’ve looked into my rabbits mouth now it’s stopped bleeding and one edge of the tooth is razor sharp that it needs to be redone and filed down. So I’ve not only paid for a service that’s put my rabbit in pain, but the service was not even carried out correctly. I was unable to check his mouth properly in the surgery because he was bleeding and I didn’t want to hurt him, but now I’ve had a full look in his month I’m even more annoyed. He has been having dental trims for over 4 years every month, I’ve spent thousands of pounds on this. I’m not one to avoid paying vet fees. I love my pets, this is the responsibility we bring upon ourselves. However, we need to STOP vet practices getting away with providing poor services, this is a PRIVATE practice, not the NHS, and then subsequently get forced into paying for these awful services because we are afraid and love our pets too much. I found Goddard Veterinary Group were not very reassuring / helpful when I took my pet mouse to see them. I got the feeling that they only really dealt with cats and dogs and didn't have much experience with small animals. They did not give me many options, or ask me many questions (unlike the vet I went too afterwards who asked me many questions - which resulted in finding a cure for the problem). And when I told them I was going to go elsewhere, they did not ask for feedback or try to convince me to stay/rectify the problem. Read Less
