I'm a veterinary nurse myself but have nothing to do with Park Vets and I don't personally know any of the staff. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Peter and all the staff after they saw my lizard following a mis-diagnosis and very poor service at another practice. The reception and nurses were friendly and attentive and most importantly Peter correctly examined and treated my Beardie who is now in recovery! The nurse on duty even offered a heat pad once my lizard arrived as we'd had a long journey in the car...these little touches make all the difference and I'd like to say thank you again! I always refer my own clients to this practice if they have exotics and will continue to do so.

I cannot recommend Tim, Peter and the team enough if you have rabbits. I moved out of the area but still travel to visit them as other vets I tried just don’t have the same level of experience. They recently saved my bun with emergency surgery for which I will be forever grateful. Lovely to see them interacting with their other patients who actually seem happy to go to the Vets!!

We have been coming to park vets since we adopted our Phoebe and she absolutely loves every visit.The reception staff are always cheery and excited to greet all the animals. Phoebe suffers from terrible anxiety but the team make an extra effort in making her more comfortable. Having experienced both the veterinarians and nurses at this practice I would never go anywhere else.

Well we have been with Park Vets for as long as I can remember, we even remenber meeting Tim as a young vet. He has looked after all of our dogs with great respect and I cannot praise him enough for what he has done. Peter is also a great vet, if it was not for him performing intracate surgery on Bramble's ear, it is possible that Bramble could have lost his ear altogether. When Bramble was poorly once, Tim picked up on the problem so quickly that we were at a specialist referal centre the following morning. It turned out to be a spinal infection that was difficult to treat but his recovery was aided by the speed of specialist treatment. All the staff, from vet, nurses and through to receptionists are kind, helpful and considerate. Thank you team at Park Vets.

I love them! Bailey not so much. In the words of Tim the Vet "Bailey plays the hard done by card so well!" A few treats and Bailey almost played ball. You'd think 7 years with PVP he'd love it as much...
I love them! Bailey not so much. In the words of Tim the Vet "Bailey plays the hard done by card so well!" A few treats and Bailey almost played ball. You'd think 7 years with PVP he'd love it as much as us. These people actually show they care about your pet not just your payment details. Bailey woofed down his chicken and rice and can't wait for Lee to play "catch the pee" tomorrow morning. Thank you all at PVP, you're all amazing, Bailey does too ;0)

They personally know their clients both people and cats! Gromit is a very grumpy old man but he is always welcomed with such love and care. Tim is so lovely, very experienced and very friendly...I just wish my cats would feel happier about their visits..I try to tell them we're going to visit with Uncle Tim for cuddles..but they never fall for it. Clair is a fantastic practice manager, everything she does adds value to the practice. The extra touches that show the entire team care about educating us regarding our pets is very much appreciated.

I have been a client with PVP for over 25 years. I find the partnership in care and the honest and open appraisal of my pets very reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team, and the care is excellent. My dogs have all loved visiting PVP, the cats have been less sure until they get into the surgery when they are always delighted to be petted. Well done on your awards and may we have many happy years of team work. Heather, GG, Baggy and Tiny Tim, Not to be forgotten, Sapphire, Sammy, Chipper, Josh and Aztec all of whom had happy healthy lives thanks to the team.

Park vets is the best veterinary practice we've ever been to. The knowledge they put on display and the amount of time they take to carefully and patiently explaining everything is fantastic. (We have two rabbits which are technically exotic pets and, unlike most vets, Park have a strong knowledge and caring attitude.) The long-term benefits to our rabbits of the extra advice they give can't be understated.
We deeply appreciate everyone at the practice giving us so much time and making quick appointments for us. The team has not only been quick to respond to every request we've had, via email or phone, but also very considerate, great at explaining things and patient. Highly recommended.

We have taken our cat to Park Vets for 11yrs. The service is excellent. The whole team is so friendly and caring. They have looked after him very well. Tim and Pete are very thorough and explain everything clearly. The nurses also run a weight clinic and give great advice. We highly recommend this practice.

I have been a client with PVP for over 25 years. I find the partnership in care and the honest and open appraisal of my pets very reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the team, and the care is excellent. My dogs have all loved visiting PVP, the cats have been less sure until they get into the surgery when they are always delighted to be petted. Well done on your awards and may we have many happy years of team work. Heather, GG, Baggy and Tiny Tim, Not to be forgotten, Sapphire, Sammy, Chipper, Josh and Aztec all of whom had happy healthy lives thanks to the team.

Park vets is the best veterinary practice we've ever been to. The knowledge they put on display and the amount of time they take to carefully and patiently explaining everything is fantastic. (We have two rabbits which are technically exotic pets and, unlike most vets, Park have a strong knowledge and caring attitude.) The long-term benefits to our rabbits of the extra advice they give can't be understated.
We deeply appreciate everyone at the practice giving us so much time and making quick appointments for us. The team has not only been quick to respond to every request we've had, via email or phone, but also very considerate, great at explaining things and patient. Highly recommended.
