This surgery used to be fantastic but since Anna left last year and the new vet arrived it has swiftly gone downhill. I had been (very happily) using this surgery for 8 years for my cat and more recently my young dog seeing Anna who is a fabulous vet. My much loved cat became very seriously / terminally ill suddenly and instead of being shown compassion when arranging end of life matters for my suffering cat, the new vet treated us as nothing more than an inconvenience asking if my cat could hang on for 72 hours. He also kept getting details about my cat (age, gender etc) wrong, adding insult to injury. It is at times like this that you expect your vet to show some humanity but instead I was forced to register my cat elsewhere during the last few hours of his life (a very distressing time for us all). Money grabbing vets. Dog got stick 6" down it's throat,, They charged thousands to treat it...but didnt remove it as they missed it!...Dog got ill and tried to charge another 2.000 for job they should have done in the first time... Went here after my girlfriend's cat jumped out of the top floor window and landed in the basement garden. Cat was a little shaken and thought I'd better be on the safe side so called up and they were happy to see him within the hour. They dosed him on some morphine to chill him out and gave some good advice re insurance. Definitely recommend. Read Less

Dr. Anna Minoli at Goddard Vet Stockwell/Kennington is an animal wizard, a cat whisperer and the finest vet/person I have met in years.. Goddard's should be proud of her excellent service, which is a feather in their corporate cap . Goddards are good and Anna rocks. Read Less

It seems to me Mr Gonzalez that your problem is less with Nurse Voigt than the fact you delayed getting Rambo attention. I have had many years good and kind attention from Julia, puppies, kittens, from birth to death, and she has been nothing if not first rate. Often difficult to acknowledge perhaps that as pet owners, we can get things wrong; but vets and their staff do their best to straighten out our mistakes. Read Less

I wanted to file a complaint in relation to my experience with your veterinary client this afternoon, 19th September 2016, in the Stockwell branch. I have a dog called Rambo that is registered with you. I called around 4pm to explained that he had a swollen paw. I only noticed it in the morning but, when Rambo returned from his afternoon walk, I had noticed it had doubled the size and it was full of puss. I called straight away to see if someone could see Rambo at any point today since I feared this was an emergency. I was on the phone with one of your receptionists, I believe Julia Voigt. I must say that she was extremely aggressive with her approach, and I felt she was laying blame on me for not having called earlier. I was not very happy with the tone of her response and attitude towards me, a client. She mentioned that she would speak to Anna and see if she could see Rambo later in the day. I was really upset after the way I was treated after the call and deiced to call another local vet. Fortunately, they were able to take Rambo straight away to look after the emergency. About 30 minutes later Julia called back to say there were no appointments available on the day and that this needed to wait until tomorrow € again with a very uncompassionate and rude tone. At that point, I voiced my disappointment to her reply€I was upset about the way she treated me and spoke to me. (If you record your calls, it would be worth listening to this, so you could see how she is representing your business). I run my own business, and I always believe in great customer care. I must say that while Anna Minoli is an absolutely lovely, caring and supportive vet, Julia Voigt€s customer care and people skills leave much to be desired. I was appalled by her attitude and approach to a customer, especially in an emergency situation. I would have understood if she simply explained that they were fully booked or under a lot of pressure and I would have taken a decision whether to wait or try elsewhere. But I cannot comprehend how someone can be so aggressive and rude over the phone when speaking to customers. There is no excuse for that. I wanted to make you aware of this, since this is not the first time this has happened in my previous dealings with Julia concerning Rambo (and another pet I previously had under your care). I appreciate you run your own business and unless customers provide you feedback, there is very little you can do to improve. At this stage, I do not think there is much more for me to say, only that I will not be coming back as a customer since I do not want to deal with Julia. I have already registered with another vet practice that is already treating/looking after Rambo. This was not an easy decision as I have been a customer of yours since 2006 and have had excellent service from Anna. I hope for the sake of your business that you evaluate how your business is being represented to customers by your reception staff. Read Less

I popped to the vet today as my dog had swelling on his neck after being in a fight they saw me on the day even thou I was new to the clinic she registered me and I didn't have to wait long very friendly n understanding I would definitely recommend once again I can't thank u enough n I will remain registered at ur clinicRead Less

Vet was really friendly and helpfull but the staff member I talked to on the phone the following day was kinda rude. Not a big deal could have just been a bad moment. My main issue and one which means Ill be visiting a diff clinic is the price. We have a long haired cat which unfortunately needs to be dematted every two months for his own health. I priced the procedure at Goddards and it came in three times higher than three other vets in the clapham/brixton area. Its a shame as I live really close to Stockwell but means its cheaper for me to pay for taxis to more reasonably priced vets nearby... Read Less
