We've been going to Dr Ono for 20 years, and not one of us would have it any other way. I speak for four dogs, three litters, 16 springer pups, and many families, including our own, who now enjoy the love and companionship of a truly bonkers dog. (But at home they're really calm. Truly. Peaceful and relaxed. Try a springer - you'll never look back. But have it cared for by Dr Ono.(

My dog has allergies and as such, I'm a frequent visitor to the vet. Paloma is the absolute best vet I've used while living in the UK. She is knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to explain things, and I feel she genuinely loves animals and what she does. The entire staff has been a pleasure to interact with, and with its proximity to the Chiswick station, the clinic is very easy to get to.
The clinic only has one vet at this location, so I don't know what the reviewer below was on about with '4 vets in 4 visits'.

4 visit 4 different vets. Already bad sign. My kitten went for a routine procedure to have x-ray, blood test and samples taken from him. He was happy and playful when went in but came out in a box. Since then breeders I've been communicating with and my breeder's vet has been questioning why he had to be put under for those examination. Can't help but feel that his death was unnecessary. Autopsy will tell but I lost trust in this vet.

Great local vets! The gentleman vet is extremely good with small animals such as my pet rattieshe has an amazing ability to calm them and leave them in a trance! He is wonderful and wouldn't go anywhere else. Also they were very helpful and understanding when I unfortunately had to have one of my lovely ratties put to sleep.

My dog has allergies and as such, I'm a frequent visitor to the vet. Paloma is the absolute best vet I've used while living in the UK. She is knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to explain things, and I feel she genuinely loves animals and what she does.
