Kind, wonderful people at this veterinary office. I can't say enough good things about how professional and understanding they are about the bond between an owner and a pet. Their pricing is also very reasonable.
Sophie took such good care of my little Jack Russel Chihuahua Tanner. He had been my best friend, my shadow and my little demon for more than 14 years.
In the end, when his 15 year old heart was about to give up, I couldn't imagine being in a better place when I was suddenly faced with making the hardest decision in my life so far.
Thank you to the entire team for your follow up and for your great service.
This is one of the very few veterinary clinics with a soul.

inexperienced and unprofessional vet. Brought my dog there twice. First for a regular check up and to trim his nails; the vet cut him. The second time for a patch of missing fur on his paw; which they told me was nothing to worry about. Well guess what, it turned out to be ringworm.

My kitten was completely fine but became extremely unwell following her vaccination at medivet. I was told she might not be herself for about 2 days following the vaccination but she was just not eating and drinking so I called up and was asked to bring her in. Medivet did some tests and gave me oradale saying the tests show the bloods are fine but the kitten is a bit anemic. A day later she was still not eating so I called up again and was told to take her to emergency. On Saturday 02/12/17 my kitten passed away. It was so sudden as just a week before this she was such a playful, naughty and full of energy kitten and we were so happy to have her home. I have been so depressed following this and fear getting another pet as I don't know what to expect. What also annoyed me is that despite explaining evrything to medivet (how to deal with the kittens body etc) on the day, I got a phone call 2 days later asking me the same questions so I was repeating myself! It's like no one tool my concerns properly the first day - where did all the info i gave one the death day go? I feel like it fell on deaf ears :(

We've been bringing our cats to this practice for over two decades now, and our current pets € three cats and a rabbit, all strays and waifs we've rescued and taken on € have been checked and treated by the same vet, Raquel, who is always very gentle and careful with our little friends, and always explains things thoroughly, and is very informative about their care and treatment, and gives helpful and professional advice about their ongoing care. We always feel confident coming to the practice, the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful too. So many, many thanks, from us, Bunns, Fang, Tigger and Squeak!

Treatment may sometimes be expensive ? you don't get animal treatment on the NHS; and it may not always work ? that's life.

Kind, wonderful people at this veterinary office. I can't say enough good things about how professional and understanding they are about the bond between an owner and a pet. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

My kitten was completely fine but became extremely unwell following her vaccination at medivet. I was told she might not be herself for about 2 days following the vaccination but she was just not eating and drinking so I called up and was asked to bring her in.
